Teaching the Elements of Dance is a 46-page workbook full of reproducible worksheets for Elementary and Middle School teachers.
Each worksheet is designed to be self-directed to allow your students to become more familiar with the vocabulary and concepts of the Elements of Dance, provide them with activities to practice using them in their own choreography and give you the tools necessary to assess their learning.

The Elements of Dance posters and workbook were designed by professional dancer and classroom teacher, Alan Pietsch a 22-year veteran dance educator and classroom teacher. Alan currently teaches dance at the Atascadero, California Fine Arts Academy, a grades 4-8 arts magnet school, as well as the Atascadero High School.
